Our in-house physical therapists help active adults and athletes of all ages build strength, mobility, and resilience so they can keep doing what they love—without limitations. Many patients fear they’ll never return to pain-free movement or their favorite activities, but we take a different approach. AnyBody & EveryBody

AnyBody & EveryBody provides 1:1 and small group adaptive and inclusive training here at Pallas! We serve anybody and EVERY body, including but not limited to adaptive athletes with needs that fall under the following umbrella terms:

  • Developmental disabilities (e.g. Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome)

  • Hearing loss

  • Intellectual disabilities

  • Medical complexities

  • Muscular Dystrophy

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • Neurological injuries

  • Physical disabilities

  • Spinal cord injuries

  • Visual impairments

 

Ithaca weightlifting club
