CrossFit
Our classic functional fitness classes combine all disciplines of fitness - from weightlifting, to monostructural elements, to gymnastics - into effective training sessions designed to improve both strength and conditioning.
Fit 45
A 45-minute class focusing on strength, core, conditioning, and functionality. We incorporate functional movements utilizing bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines.
Yoga
Every Saturday at 10 am, these recovery-focused classes are included in every membership and will make use of traditional yoga practice to help members stay healthy and improve their mobility.
FitSober
Every Thursday at 6 pm, we are proud to offer free, accessible weekly fitness classes for people in recovery, those cutting back, and friends who want to support the sober community. All we ask is 48 hours of sobriety before attending.
